Job Description

Brisbane Grammar School is seeking a Head of Griffith House to lead our junior boarding house (Year 5-8) with onsite accommodation. The role combines residential leadership with a 0.6 teaching load, offering a generous PAR payment and broad responsibilities across wellbeing, staffing, and parent liaison.

You will work with the Head of Harlin House, oversee daily duties, and ensure a protected, supportive environment for boarders. Professional development through ABSA and related agencies is available.
