About you n
nYou're already an accomplished Store Manager (or above) from a big box or large-format retail environment , and you've built your reputation by growing both the business and the people around you.n
You'll bring: n

- Experience running a serious retail operation a large team, significant turnover, demanding customers and plenty of moving parts.
n
- A genuine feel for the numbers. You know what's driving performance, where the opportunities are hiding and when something needs attention before it becomes a problem.
n
- The ability to turn strong results into even stronger ones. This store is already performing exceptionally well, so your challenge is to keep building momentum rather than simply maintaining it.
n
- A knack for getting the best out of people. You know how to set high expectations, build capability and create a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work.
n
- Strong retail instincts. Stock availability, merchandising, inventory, wage control, shrinkage and customer service are simply how you operate.

- The confidence to make decisions and back yourself. You stay calm under pressure, lead change positively and know how to keep everyone moving in the same direction.

- A leadership style people naturally follow. You're visible, approachable, decisive and never afraid to roll up your sleeves alongside your team.
