The successful candidate will have proven management experience across rostering, recruitment and team performance, with the ability to lead and support a team while maintaining strong client relationships.

This is a varied, hands-on role requiring someone who can confidently manage operational requirements, coordinate staffing and recruitment activities, communicate effectively with clients, and organise and deliver client events and special requirements.
