Job Description

Sydney Startups is seeking a Growth Marketer to own growth initiatives with flexibility across part time arrangements. You’ll diagnose what drives customer acquisition, test channels, and optimize campaigns with a small, passionate marketing team and close ties to the founders and execs.

The role is 3 to 4 days per week, offering hands-on opportunities to shape strategy, revenue, and impact in a scrappy startup environment across Australia.
