We are looking for a hands-on automation specialist who understands how Australian financial advice businesses operate, the systems advisers use and the workflows that support advice delivery.

Most automation projects fail for one reason: the technology may work, but the person building it does not fully understand the business process.

n

Centrepoint Alliance is an ASX-listed financial services company seeking a Robotics & Workflow Automation Contractor to design, build and implement automation solutions across our financial advice, compliance, professional standards and operations teams.

n

We have a pipeline of real operational opportunities and business experts ready to work directly with you. We need someone who can quickly understand a process, improve it where necessary, and deliver a practical solution that works in a regulated environment.

This is not a generic automation role. Working knowledge of financial advice and the systems used by financial advisers is a prerequisite. Applicants who cannot demonstrate relevant financial advice or wealth‑management domain experience are unlikely to be effective in the role.

What you'll actually do n

Design, build and implement automation solutions across financial advice, professional standards and operations.

Map current workflows, identify pain points and redesign inefficient processes.

- n

Build workflow and robotic process automation solutions using Power Automate,



Power Platform and other fit-for-purpose tools.

Use APIs and native system integrations where these provide a more reliable solution.

n
- n

Build monitoring, exception handling, auditability and operational controls into production solutions.

n
- n

Work directly with business leaders, advisers and subject matter experts.

n
- n

Document solutions and transfer knowledge to internal owners.

You have delivered workflow automation projects that are operating in production.

You understand how Australian financial advice businesses and adviser practices operate.

- n

You have practical experience with adviser technology platforms, preferably Xplan.

n
- n

You are highly capable with Microsoft Power Automate and the Power Platform.

n
- n

You can move comfortably between process discovery, stakeholder discussions and hands-on technical delivery.

- n

You challenge inefficient processes rather than simply automating them unchanged.

n
- n

You work independently, communicate clearly and take ownership of outcomes.

Essential experience nn
- n

Financial advice, wealth management, licensee or adviser-practice experience.

n
- n

Workflow automation and robotic process automation delivery.

- n

Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform.

n
- n

Business process mapping and requirements analysis.

n
- n

System integration using APIs, connectors or structured data exchanges.

n
- n

Stakeholder engagement in a regulated business setting.

n

Important - Applications should clearly demonstrate relevant financial advice or wealth-management domain knowledge. Technical automation experience alone will not meet the requirements of this role.

Hands-on Xplan experience, including workflows, administration or integrations.

Experience with AdviserLogic, or other adviser systems.

- n

Copilot Studio, Azure AI, UiPath or Automation Anywhere experience.

- n

Financial advice compliance, audit, file-review or professional standards experience.

- n

Experience workshopping with Advisers and Users and designing practical workflows for businesses
