Job Description

Schindler Lifts Australia is seeking a Repairs Manager to join the NSW Service team. You will oversee our largest Repairs division, managing field and admin reports, and contributing to pricing, scoping, and customer engagements.

The role blends office and site duties, including toolbox meetings, and driving consistent financial performance. You will coach and lead a team of Repairs Technicians, promote a safety-first culture, and collaborate with the sales team to scope and price repair works.
