Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking to manage a diverse commercial portfolio for a major client? We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded professional to join our Brisbane CBD team.

Working in a team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring strong asset performance through proactive management, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and strategic property advice.
Key Responsibilities n

- Manage the operational and financial performance of a commercial property portfolio.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and service providers.
n
- Manage lease administration, rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenant negotiations.
n
- Prepare management reports, budgets,
financial analysis, and business plans.
n
- Monitor rental collections, outgoings recoveries, and arrears management.
n
- Coordinate tenancy fit-outs and property improvement initiatives.
n
- Maintain accurate records and reporting through MRI and other property systems.
n
Qualifications n
About You
n

- Previous experience in Commercial Property Management.
n
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate.
n
- Strong knowledge of commercial property operations, lease administration, and building services.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
n
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting.
n
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
n
- Experience using Microsoft Office and MRI is preferable but not essential.
