Monash Gardens Residential Aged Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join our supportive clinical team on a casual basis.

Working alongside experienced Registered Nurses and care professionals, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality care that promotes dignity, independence, comfort, and wellbeing for our residents.
Your Role: n
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will:
n

- Deliver resident-focused care under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurses.
n
- Administer medications in accordance with scope of practice and organisational policies.
n
- Assist with clinical assessments and monitor residents' health and wellbeing.
n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
n
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of individualised care plans.
n
- Support residents with complex care needs, including dementia and palliative care requirements.
n
- Promote best-practice clinical care and resident wellbeing.
n
- Build positive relationships with residents, families,
and the multidisciplinary team.
n
- Ensure care delivery aligns with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies.
n
About You n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN).
n
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse in Residential Aged Care, including high-care and dementia support.
n
- Knowledge of clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation.
n
- Experience in wound care management and medication administration.
n
- Understanding of dementia care and behaviour support.
n
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
n
- Commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality care.

- A commitment to delivering person-centred and culturally sensitive care.

Mandatory Requirements nn
- Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
n
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or National Police Check.
n
- Evidence of vaccinations in accordance with current aged care and organisational requirements.
