Job Description

HammondCare Woy Woy is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team on a permanent part time basis, 3 days per week. The role covers residents at our Woy Woy and Erina locations, with regular travel to support care plans and carers.

You will assess functional mobility, set goals, and provide evidence-based physiotherapy in rehabilitation, aged care, or palliative settings, aligned with HammondCare values and the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
