The Role

n

As the Estimation and Procurement Manager, you’ll take control of estimating, procurement, and internal operation.

n

You’ll lead the systems that drive accuracy, ensure profitability, and keep the company moving fast and efficiently.

n

You’ll work closely with the Director and Construction Manager to streamline workflows, oversee costs, and implement structure across the business.

n

Your leadership will help shape the company for the next phase of growth, building a team and systems you’ll be proud of in years to come.

Your Responsibilities

n

• Oversee estimating, procurement, and operational systems across all builds

n

• Manage BOQs, tender documentation, and supplier relationships

n

• Drive accuracy and profitability through data-backed systems and controls

n

• Collaborate with scheduling and construction to align budgets, timelines,



and delivery

n

• Lead and refine processes using Databuild, Onsite Companion, and other software

n

• Mentor and develop future team members as the business grows

n

Requirements n

You’ll bring:

n

• 10+ years of experience in residential estimating or operations management

n

• Strong knowledge of Databuild, Onsite Companion, and similar construction software

n

• Proven ability to build and improve operational systems

n

• Excellent financial and commercial understanding

n

• Leadership ability to motivate, guide, and grow a high-performing team

n

• A competitive drive to win, deliver, and dominate in the market

n

What’s on Offer

• $130,000 – $160,000 + Super (for the right person)
