About the Role n

We are currently seeking experienced Site Managers for multiple defence fit out and refurbishment projects across Sydney. Working with an established contractor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. These roles offer the opportunity to work across a range of secure defence facilities, with multiple projects underway and upcoming.

Key Responsibilities n

- Manage daily site operations across defence fit out and refurbishment projects.
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
n
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project programmes.
n
- Manage site safety, quality and compliance requirements.
n
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients and stakeholders.
n




- Oversee works within live and operational environments.
n
- Manage site documentation, reporting and inspections.
n

Requirements nn
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.
n
- Current DCAC clearance is essential.
n
- NV1 or NV2 security clearance highly regarded.
n
- Previous experience working on defence projects preferred.
n
- Strong subcontractor management and programming skills.
n
- Ability to manage works within live and secure environments.
n
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements.
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
n
