Job Description n

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping identify the right truck and trailer parts while delivering outstanding service and support.

n

You'll work closely with trade customers, transport operators, workshops and internal teams to ensure customers receive the right solutions to keep their vehicles on the road.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Interpret and identify truck and trailer parts requirements
n
- Assist trade, fleet and workshop customers with parts enquiries
n
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
n




- Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
n
- Build strong customer relationships
n
- Support branch sales and customer service goals
n
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
n

Qualifications n

n

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Previous Parts Interpreter experience within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industries (highly regarded)
n
- Strong customer service and sales skills
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
n
- Good computer and administration skills
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Mechanical aptitude or an interest in trucks, transport or automotive parts
n
- A current driver's licence
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
