About the role n

Join Australia's only dedicated dermatology hospital and become part of a team committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys creating a positive experience for patients from their very first interaction. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Manage patient appointments, provide fee information and deliver exceptional service to patients and their families.
n
- Accurate patient billing and daily banking reconciliation
n
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
n
- Working closely with Doctors, administration and nursing staff
n

n

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist with a genuine commitment to patient care and excellent customer service.

About you n

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills

- Experience working in a hospital or busy medical practice reception workplace.

- Processing payments using a billing system
n
- Experience with health fund billing
n
- Experience with theatre bookings
n
- Ensuring a smooth clinic flow of patients
n
