Job Description

Oasis Partners is seeking a Corporate Advisor for its Sydney CBD office to work with Partners on live strategic advisory and Sell-side M&A; matters for owners of businesses in the $3M–$100M EV range.

You will handle analysis, materials, and project management across multiple matters, counsel analysts, and coordinate workstreams. The role requires 8+ years in qualified services, strong financial fluency, and comfort presenting to owners. On-site four days weekly in Sydney.
