Job Description

MAKIN Advisory in Sydney seeks an experienced commercial litigator for Senior Associate or Special Counsel level to own matters from instruction to resolution.

You will manage your own files, advise clients directly, draft pleadings and appear in NSW and Federal courts, with solid autonomy and strategic input. A track record in complex disputes, IP litigation, and debt recovery is valued.
