Job Description

Grant Thornton Australia is seeking a commercially-minded Legal Counsel to join our National In-house Legal Team on a 14-month fixed-term contract in Sydney. You will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and advise on M&A;, regulatory matters and property issues.

You will work closely with senior lawyers and business stakeholders to identify risks and deliver practical legal solutions that support the firm’s growth and prudent risk management.
