We’re looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Assistant to join YOMG and work closely with our Marketing Manager across a broad range of marketing, content and brand initiatives.

n

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants to get hands‑on experience with a fast‑growing Australian hospitality brand.

n

You’ll be involved in everything from content creation and graphic design to local store marketing, brand collaborations, influencers and community engagement .

n

No two weeks at YOMG are the same, and this role will give you exposure to marketing across our growing network of locations.

n

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

n

Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you’ll assist with:

n

n
- Content Creation – helping create engaging social content across Instagram, TikTok and other YOMG channels
n
- Graphic Design – creating and adapting digital, social, in-store and promotional marketing assets
n
- Local Area Marketing – supporting our stores with local campaigns, events, partnerships and community initiatives
n
- Brand Collaborations – helping identify and coordinate opportunities with brands, businesses and community partners
n
- Influencer Relations – researching, contacting and coordinating influencers and content creators
n
- Community & Networking – building relationships with local businesses, sporting clubs, schools, organisations and community groups
n
- Google Review Management – monitoring reviews and helping coordinate timely, on‑brand responses
n
- Campaign Support – assisting with YOMG product launches, promotions, events and marketing campaigns




n
- Marketing Administration – keeping campaigns, contacts, content and marketing activity organised
n
- Store Support – working with YOMG Operations and store teams to bring marketing initiatives to life at a local level
n

ABOUT YOU

n

We’re looking for someone who is creative, organised and genuinely excited about brands, hospitality, social media and marketing.

n

Ideally, you’ll have:

n

n
- Qualifications or early career experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field
n
- Graphic design experience, particularly with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
n
- A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends
n
- An eye for great content, design and branding
n
- Confidence communicating with influencers, businesses and community partners
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
n
- A proactive attitude — you’re happy to bring ideas to the table and make things happen
n

n

Experience creating and editing photo or video content would be highly regarded.
