I’m partnering with a globally recognised premium automotive brand to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to take ownership of its Victorian market.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the market, building genuine customer relationships and developing new business , rather than sitting behind a desk all week.

n

You’ll inherit an established customer portfolio across Victoria, with plenty of opportunity to strengthen existing accounts and continue growing the brand’s presence across the state.

The role: n

n
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of Victorian customers
n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the territory
n
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and industry contacts
n
- Conduct regular customer visits, account reviews and sales meetings
n
- Develop territory plans and identify opportunities to increase revenue
n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer developments
n
- Work closely with internal Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics, Procurement and Product teams
n




- Provide regular sales forecasts and market insights
n
- Represent a highly regarded global brand in the Victorian market
n

What we’re looking for: nn
- Proven B2B sales, Business Development, Account Management or Territory Management experience
n
- Strong relationship-building and new-business development skills
n
- Experience managing a geographical sales territoryni>Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
n
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
n

n

Experience across automotive, tyres, aftermarket, wholesale or distribution would be highly regarded, but I’m also interested in speaking with strong BDMs from other relevant B2B industries.

n

Company vehicle provided

n

Regional Victorian travel approximately a couple of days per month

n
