The Role n
We’re looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join a growing Canberra team and play a key role in generating new business and building long-term client relationships.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, NETWORKING AND WINNING NEW BUSINESS ,
with the support of an established team behind them.

You’ll be responsible for identifying recent opportunities, building relationships within the Mandarin-speaking community and converting leads into new business.
Key Responsibilities n

- Generate new business opportunities across the Canberra market
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the Mandarin-speaking community
n
- Convert warm and self-generated leads into new business
n
- Conduct market appraisals and present tailored solutions
n
- Network and develop referral relationships
n
- Manage and nurture client relationships
n
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a high level of service

- Previous experience in BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN REAL ESTATE

- Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills
