ALH Hotels is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Fairfield Area to lead a hospitality team, maintain smooth operations, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll work closely with the Publican to ensure safety, energy, and a welcoming atmosphere across shifts.

You should bring prior supervisory experience in bar or dining environments, robust people skills, and current RSA/RCG/ARCG certifications as required by state regulations.
