Pearl Home Care Gold Coast – Hope Island is seeking a Care Partner to manage an independent Support at Home caseload. You’ll set up services, build and review care plans, manage quarterly budgets, and be the main contact for clients and families.

This office-based coordination and case management role is permanent full time with hybrid, some work-from-home days. Nursing or allied health qualifications are preferred; overseas-qualified clinicians are welcome; AHPRA registration is not required.
