We are looking for hard-working, experienced chefs & cooks looking to grow and contribute within a team setting. Shorehouse focuses on Asian grazing-style cuisine, with both a-la-carte and set menu style options.
- Certificate IV or diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume kitchens
- Detailed knowledge of food and produce
- A positive demeanour and ability to handle stressful situations
- Experience across multiple kitchen sections
- Candidates must be located or willing to move to North Queensland.
