What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Sales Consultant at C21 OzGroup Projects, you will play an active role in driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding business opportunities across both new development projects and resale properties.

Your key responsibilities include:

Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client engagement.

Build, manage, and maintain your own database of buyers, sellers, and potential investors.

Conduct property inspections, open homes, private viewings, and client consultations.

Present and promote new development projects (Off-the-Plan) and established residential properties to prospective buyers.

Identify client needs and recommend suitable properties based on their preferences, budgets, and investment goals.

Manage the sales process from initial enquiry and property presentation through to negotiation, contract exchange, and settlement.

Negotiate offers, follow up with clients, and work towards achieving individual sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote property listings, generate leads, and develop effective sales strategies.

Stay informed about Sydney's property market, new developments, and emerging investment opportunities.
