We've built something a little different.

A beautiful, calm, architect-designed space where natural curiosity is encouraged, relationships come first, and educators have the environment and support to do their best work.

Every corner has been thoughtfully considered — not just for how it looks, but for how children learn, explore, connect and grow.

And now we're looking for an inspiring Early Childhood Teacher and Preschool Room Leader to make this space truly come alive.

You'll be:

- Creating exciting, thoughtful learning experiences that make children curious about the world.
- Building a preschool environment where every child feels safe, confident and ready to shine.
- Leading and inspiring a small team of educators through kindness, collaboration and great practice.




- Helping children develop the confidence, friendships and foundations they need for their next big adventure — school!
- Building genuine connections with families and celebrating all those little milestones along the way.
- Bringing your ideas to life, because we believe great educators should help shape great centres.
- Supporting quality educational practice through the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF V2.0) and National Quality Framework.

A little about you...

You're an Early Childhood Teacher with an ACECQA-approved qualification and current NSW teacher accreditation, as required.

You know your EYLF, understand quality early childhood practice and enjoy bringing out the best in your fellow educators.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- An ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
- Current NSW teacher accreditation, as applicable.
- Experience leading a preschool room or mentoring educators.
- A solid understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Framework and child-safe practices.
- Confidence in planning and delivering meaningful, play-based learning experiences.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to building relationships with children, families and colleagues.
