Kinetic IT is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to provide onsite end-user support across desktops, laptops, mobiles and peripherals. You will troubleshoot incidents, assist with hardware refresh and deployment projects, and help maintain asset management and documentation.

You will work collaboratively with teams to deliver high service standards, participate in after-hours support, and travel to customer locations as required.
