Sodexo Ballarat is seeking a highly organised Facilities Coordinator to join our on-site team. You will manage administration, coordinate maintenance, and oversee soft services to ensure a safe and productive environment.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will coordinate contractor engagement, manage work orders in SAP and Maximo, and ensure SLA and OH&S; standards are met. This full time role runs Monday to Friday.
