The Role n

You’ll take ownership of machine performance on our honeycomb board production line while coordinating a small, dedicated team. This is a hands‑on role where you get real satisfaction from making things well, keeping equipment running smoothly, and delivering quality results every day.

What We’re Looking For n

n
- Solid machine operation experience (cardboard, paper, glue or similar manufacturing preferred)
n




- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to organise work, delegate tasks and coordinate a small team
n
- High attention to detail and pride in quality
n
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with their hands and taking ownership of their space and results
n
- Good communicator who thrives in a team environment
n

Bonus (not essential): Forklift licence and previous leadership experience.
