About the role:n

Le Bent is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Marketing Manager – Growth & Execution to help drive our next phase of global growth.

n

Reporting to the General Manager and based in Sydney, you will lead the planning and execution of global marketing initiatives across product, digital, content and commerce.

n

This is a high-impact role for someone who can think strategically, turn ideas into action and comfortably move between the big picture and getting the work done.

Key responsibilities:n

n
- Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches and go-to-market plans
n
- Build brand awareness and demand across our key global markets
n
- Deliver integrated campaigns across e-commerce, wholesale, paid media, social, CRM, PR and international markets
n
- Turn product innovation and technical performance into compelling consumer stories
n
- Drive qualified traffic, customer acquisition, retention and profitable DTC growth
n
- Support wholesale demand, key accounts and sell-through through strong marketing programs
n
- Manage content, agencies, athletes, ambassadors and brand partnerships
n
- Develop customer segmentation, retention and reactivation programs
n
- Use data, consumer insights and AI to continually improve marketing effectiveness
n




- Execute consistently against the Lé Bent brand across every consumer touchpoint
n

About you:n

n
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, growth or integrated marketing roles, ideally with ownership of commercial outcomes
n
- Strong digital, e-commerce and performance-marketing capability
n
- Experience developing and executing integrated campaigns
n
- Strong commercial, analytical and project-management skills
n
- Experience managing agencies, creatives and multiple stakeholders
n
- Hands‑on knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics
n
- Comfortable using data, technology and AI to work smarter and improve performance
n
- Equally comfortable developing the plan and rolling up your sleeves to deliver it
n
- Experience within outdoor, snow, action sports, apparel or premium consumer brands would be highly regarded — as would a genuine passion for mountain culture and adventure
