Abot The Role

We are crrently seeking an Assistant Bsiness Analyst to join or team in Brisbane. Working as part of the Finance Bsiness Partnering (FBP) team, yo will assist with management reporting, financial analysis and modelling to spport the operational teams in nderstanding and managing their financial performance. Yo will also spport the FBP team with day-to-day activities and contribte to ongoing process improvements.

This position is a hybrid working environment, offering flexibility to sit. It will reqire a self-motivated individal to challenge, participate and contribte to the sccess of or bsiness.

Yor Impact

- Spport reglar finance processes, inclding month end procedres, general ledger maintenance, non-financial data integrity and report preparation.
- Timely completion of all assigned monthly reporting reqirements.
- Perform variance analysis to review bsiness performance and key trends against strategic priorities.
- Spport the Finance Bsiness Partnering Team in identifying opportnities, risks & soltions for the bsiness.
- Spport the annal bdget and monthly forecast process. Assist in preparation of commercial analysis for tender pricing & project profitability analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of varios scenario modelling to assist management in bsiness decision making.




- Assist in both reglar and ad-hoc reporting to drive decision making and continos improvement across the bsiness.
- Help maintain accrate financial records and ensre compliance with internal controls.Spport adit and compliance processes with accrate docmentation and analysis.

Abot Yo:

Yo will have minimm years of progressive financial experience and a degree in commerce (or similar) and working towards CA or CPA qalification, desirable.

Yo will also have:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to commnicate effectively with varios stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS excel skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment with mltiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work both independently and within a team towards common goals.
