Glascott Landscape & Civil is seeking a Team Leader to oversee grounds maintenance across multiple sites in Newcastle and surrounding regions. This hands-on leadership role involves supervising crews while actively participating in day-to-day maintenance activities.
You will ensure work safety and quality, plan daily works, allocate tasks, liaise with clients and supervisors, and maintain equipment. A driver’s license and ChemCert AQF3 are required, with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
