Wellways Australia is seeking a Carer Hub Navigator to support carers in the Katoomba/Blue Mountains NSW region. This full time role focuses on connecting carers with community resources, promoting wellbeing and independence, and delivering a no wrong door approach to support.

You will collaborate with community services, health providers, schools and local government to strengthen local carer networks, ensuring access to Carer Gateway services and a welcoming, empowering experience for carers.
