We have been a distributed team since our inception in 2014 with a team of ~50 spread across US, Europe, Asia and Australia. Working in a hybrid remote and in-office way is not new to us, but we're continually looking for new ways to have a good time together.
- Recruiting talent globally for job opportunities we have open and communicating with candidates
- Work closely with leaders across the business, coaching them through the hiring process and talent mapping to find the best talent for the company
- Building awareness of who Qwilr is and increase our employer brand perception across active and passive talent pools using different channels
- Create and implement recruiting strategies
- Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media
- This is a full time role located in Sydney,
remuneration will be in the range of $75,000 - $85,000.
- You are a strategic recruiter - you will have at least 2 years' experience working in a similar style role with significant expertise in strategic sourcing in the technology community.
- You are a seasoned LinkedIn recruiter and have experience of talent pooling, pipe lining and networking for more long term strategic hires.
- You are passionate about what you do and love working in tech start-ups or scale-ups.
