About the Role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team and deliver safe, high-quality and person-centred care to our residents.

In this rewarding role, you will provide clinical leadership, support our nursing and care teams, and ensure residents receive individualised care that promotes their health, dignity and wellbeing. You will work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals and play an important role in maintaining excellent clinical standards across our home.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with residents' individual needs, preferences and clinical requirements.




- Conduct clinical assessments, develop and review care plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to nursing and care employees.
- Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals and families to support positive resident outcomes.
- Identify and respond to changes in residents' health while contributing to clinical governance, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

We are looking for compassionate and confident Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering quality care, enjoy working collaboratively and share our commitment to resident-centred care.

To be successful, you will have:

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, without restrictions.
- A minimum of 12 months' full-time equivalent experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care.
- Solid clinical assessment, care planning and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
- The ability to provide clinical guidance and support to care teams.
- A commitment to infection prevention, workplace safety and continuous improvement.
- A genuine passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality aged care.
- A valid and clear National Police Check.
- Not be subject to a banning order under the Aged Care Act.
