ABOUT THE ROLE

PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport are currentlylooking for an experienced, energetic,and supportiveNight Manager to join ourfriendly Front Office team on a full-time basis.

The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, be a fantastic communicator, and be a natural team player who has the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of attention to detail under pressure. This role will suit someone with experience and extreme passion for hotels & hospitality,who loves when every day is different from the next!

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this rewarding role will see you:

- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction

- Develop our team members to provide excellent, personalised guest service

- Provide support and guidance to all departments in the absence of departmental managers

- Respond to emergencies within the hotel, including acting as the Chief Fire Warden and First Aid Officer

- Work overnight shifts,



including availability on weekends

- Manage Hotel operations within a fast-paced and varied airport setting

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who has:

- Experience in a 3+ Hotel Supervisor position

- Thorough understanding of Hotel operations

- Demonstrated confidence in conflict resolution

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - the ability to communicate effectively with all guests & associates

- A positive, team orientated approach with a passion for providing gracious and dependable hospitality

- Approachable persona with the ability to successfully encourage and coach team members
