Physiotherapist | New Graduates & Experienced Welcome

Sydney Mobile Physio is an established practice entering an exciting period of growth and is looking for a physiotherapist to join the team. Whether you're a new graduate looking for the right place to start your career, an early-career physiotherapist wanting to build your skills and confidence, or an experienced clinician seeking fresh challenges and opportunities to grow, we'd love to hear from you.

The role offers a unique combination of clinic-based and in-home physiotherapy, including access to our large, fully equipped rehabilitation gym. You'll enjoy a diverse caseload, with approximately 50% clinic and 50% mobile physiotherapy, depending on patient demand and your experience.

Key responsibilities

Treat sports injuries, including ACL rehabilitation and return to sport

Manage musculoskeletal conditions

Provide post-operative rehabilitation, including knee and hip replacements

Deliver strength and exercise-based rehabilitation

Support older adults with mobility and falls prevention

Provide physiotherapy in patients' own homes

Deliver comprehensive, exercise-based rehabilitation using clinic facilities and in-home settings

About you

Must hold a current,



unrestricted Australian driver's licence and have access to a reliable, insured vehicle for mobile physiotherapy appointments.

1-hour protected, one-on-one mentoring every week with the Principal Physiotherapist

Regular group in-services focused on clinical reasoning, practical skills and evidence-based rehabilitation

Learn alongside our Principal Physiotherapist and two experienced physios who joined us as new graduates and have remained for 6 and 9 years, reflecting our supportive team culture and commitment to professional growth

Structured onboarding and support tailored to your experience, including shadowing and gradual caseload development for new graduates

Ongoing support tailored to your experience, interests and skilled goals

Access to a large, fully equipped rehabilitation gym, allowing you to guide patients through their complete rehabilitation journey, from early recovery to advanced strength training and return to sport
