Acquire Recruitment Solutions is proud to partner with one of Australia’s largest renewable energy companies, which is expanding its marketing team and building its customer experience and technology in-house, including AI-driven software. They’re looking for a marketer with a technical edge to understand and improve what happens to a lead after it comes in, and to make the whole customer journey connect.
The role
This role reports to the Marketing Manager and works alongside the Head of Digital Growth and Data analystteam. You’ll map the customer lifecycle, strengthen HubSpot nurture and lead handling, and help connect HubSpot with custom CRM and AI platforms so data flows properly across the business.
What you’ll do
- Map and optimise the customer journey: where leads go, how quickly they’re actioned and where they drop off
- Own HubSpot day to day, including workflows, nurture, lead routing, data enrichment and retargeting
- Work with the data team to turn HubSpot and platform data into practical improvements
- Support integrations between HubSpot and the custom CRM and AI platforms
- Write and refine the messaging the AI chatbots use, keeping it on brand and well written
- Work with various agencies, including digital, creative and AI
About you
- 5+ years in marketing with robust comms skills and an analytical, data driven approach
- Experience integrating data across platforms such as CRMs and automation tools is highly regarded but not essential
- Confident working with multiple external agencies
- Excitedby what’s current in marketing and AI, and ready to hit the ground running
- Have real influence over how the business converts and retains customers
- Work with internal experts and agencies, learning from them and contributing to shaping AI-driven customer experiences in a high-growth industry
