BUSY At Work (The BUSY Group) is seeking aTransition to Work Coordinator in Townsville to deliver intensive pre-employment support to young people. You will assess barriers, provide guidance, and support their journey into sustainable employment or education.

The role involves engaging with employers, referring participants to services, and coaching in resume writing and interview skills. Fixed term to 30 June 2027, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm, Townsville Office.
