Alcoa’s Portland Aluminium team is seeking a Learning & Development Co-ordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will deliver site-based training, coordinate learning programs and maintain competency systems to support safety and employee development.
Working with leaders and operational teams, you will improve training materials, maintain records in the LMS and promote a robust learning culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.
