Better Staff is seeking a Customer Success Associate for our HealthTech SAAS, a quick-growing Australian business with a world-first AI-powered platform used by healthcare customers.

This hands-on role makes you the main day-to-day contact for customers after onboarding, helping them get comfortable with the platform, answer questions, support onboarding, and ensure they realise value. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering to keep customers satisfied and to drive adoption.
