You will perform comprehensive assessments, care planning, wound care, medication administration, and monitor complex health needs, while liaising with families, support coordinators, and other health professionals.

You'll maintain accurate documentation, uphold NDIS Practice Standards, and contribute to safeguarding and quality improvement
