H&M; is seeking a Department Manager to drive Sales and Profit by planning your department to deliver a Outstanding Customer Experience on the shop floor. You will build a strong team, develop talent, and manage performance with clear feedback and development plans.

You will analyse sales KPIs with the Visual team, maximise store performance, lead the Hello Member program, and implement the Commercial Handbook. This is a full-time role in Sydney, with extensive opportunities across the group.
