BUSY At Work in Melbourne is seeking a Transition to Work supporter to provide intensive pre‑employment guidance to young people, helping them overcome barriers and prepare for sustainable work or study.
You will conduct assessments, run job search activities, offer interview coaching and resume support, and connect participants with employers and community partners to unlock prospect. This is a full‑time fixed term role until 30 June 2027, based at the Dandenong Office with hours 8:30am–5pm.
