nWe’re seeking Talent Recruitment Specialists with the ability to engage with technical professionals and deliver tailored solutions to leading employers across engineering, technical, scientific and customer experience sectors. As a Talent recruitment Specialist, you will operate in a true 360 capacity, partnering with professional services clients while building and nurturing your candidate network.n
nYou’ll have the opportunity to become a trusted advisor to organisations and candidates, delivering tailored permanent and temporary workforce solutions. Forming enduring client relationships through sourcing, placement and aftercare, you’ll benefit from guiding the recruitment lifecycle from start to fulfilment. n

nThis role is ideal for someone from sales or business development background who thrives on building networks,



identifying opportunities influencing decision-makers.n
What You will Do n

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional services environments

- Build on our established client base through consultative business development and key account practices
n
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a range of conventional and innovative methods
n
- Actively develop and nurture your client portfolio and personal brand
n
- Provide exceptional customer experiences to recent and existing stakeholders

- Experience in recruitment or relevant and related professional setting

- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical professionals
