Job Descriptionn

Role:
n Responsible for the end-to-end design, build, and optimization of Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring rapid issue resolution and removal of technical blockers to support timely project delivery within a large financial services environment.
n The role ensures that business decisions are based on trusted master data, enabling enhanced client experiences, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
n Lead the end-to-end design, build, and deployment of Informatica MDM solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.
n Act as the subject matter expert for Informatica MDM, providing guidance and technical leadership to project teams and stakeholders
n Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Informatica MDM, removing blockers for the Data Engineering team to maintain project momentum




n Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Project Management, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust MDM solutions.
n Optimize Informatica MDM performance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and data quality.
n Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for MDM processes, standards, and best practices.
n Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and resolutions.

Skills:
n Ternary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
n Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in end-to end design and build of Informatica MDM solutions within large financial services organizations.
n Advanced skills in Informatica MDM Hub configuration, customization, and integration.
n Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
n Experience collaborating with Data Engineering teams to deliver large-scale data projects.
n Strong understanding of data modelling, governance and regulatory compliance in financial services.
