About the Role n

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy afternoon shift team based in St Marys. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced workplace, and takes pride in working safely and efficiently within a logistics operation.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Loading and unloading a variety of freight including oversized, long-length, blended and general freight
n
- Handling freight across mezzanine floors, linehaul trailers, local vehicles and containers
n
- Manual handling of goods in line with safety standards
n
- Ensuring freight is handled, stored,



and transported safely and efficiently
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
n
- Complying with all workplace health and safety requirements
n

Skills & Experience nn
- Valid Forklift Licence (LF) - essential
n
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a transport or logistics environment
n
- Experience handling non-palletised, oversized, and mixed freight
n
- Ability to manually handle loads up to 20kg
n
- Strong awareness of safety procedures and safe work practices
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
