Queensland Rail has an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader - People, Wellbeing & Sustainability Services to play a key role in shaping service delivery, driving continuous improvement and supporting the successful delivery of People, Wellbeing & Sustainability priorities.

n

This role leads a high-performing team responsible for providing business support, coordination and service delivery functions across the PW&S; Group. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate complex and competing priorities, and contribute to the delivery of effective, customer-focused services.

What you'll be doing n

Lead and develop a collaborative, customer-focused team committed to service excellence.

Coordinate and oversee a broad range of business support, service delivery and operational activities.

n

Build and maintain productive relationships with leaders, stakeholders and colleagues across the organisation.

n

Deliver high-quality written communications, reports, submissions, briefing materials and business documentation.

n

Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

n

Prioritise competing demands and ensure critical deliverables are effectively managed and achieved.

Contribute to the development and implementation of frameworks, processes and initiatives that support organisational objectives.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and collaboration.
