Job Capital is seeking experienced Electrical Project Managers for future commercial and industrial construction opportunities in Brisbane. n

nKey responsibilities n
n• Manage projects from handover through completion and close-out n
n• Prepare programmes, budgets and resourcing plans n
n• Manage procurement, subcontractors and critical-path activities n
n• Monitor project costs, forecasts, cash flow and profitability n
n• Identify, price and negotiate project variations n
n• Lead supervisors, foremen, electricians and subcontractors n
n• Manage clients, builders, consultants and project meetings n
n• Maintain safety, testing, quality and compliance documentation n
n• Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget n
nCandidate requirements n
n• Relevant electrical trade, electrical engineering, construction or project-management qualification n
n• Substantial electrical construction and project-management experience n




n• Demonstrated delivery of commercial or industrial electrical projects n
n• Robust financial and commercial management capability n
n• Experience with budgets, forecasting, variations and cash flow n
n• Strong planning, procurement and contract-administration skills n
n• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication n
n• Current driver licence and ability to meet Australian visa requirements n
nDesirable n
n• Australian commercial construction experience and a recognised project-management qualification n

nElectrical trade applicants: Queensland licensing requirements apply. International candidates may need a formal skills assessment, gap training and supervised employment before undertaking unrestricted electrical work. n
