This new role would see you working as a Multi site Manager across our Gold Coast facilities . The role is heavily focused on customer service and is sales based, it is a rewarding way to help clients by providing storage solutions.

The role is Full Time Monday to Friday

Job tasks and responsibilities

This new role will be a rewarding role that will enable you to interact with customers and gain satisfaction from providing outstanding customer service and providing storage solutions to them. The role is focused on finding a unique storage solution for clients, via phone, email and face to face. The role will involve a adaptable approach to managing multiple sites across the Gold Coast Portfolio within a team environment.





Skills and experience

The skills we are requiring from you:

A passion to provide outstanding customer experiences.

Good technical skills with the ability to assist and problem solve with clients experiencing issues using technology.

Previous experience working with teams to achieve KPIs

Possess ability to plan and execute projects to improve client experiences.

Sales experience and the enthusiasm to constantly update your knowledge.

Dedication to following procedures and sales processes.

Attention to detail and pride in your appearance as well as your workplace.

Competent with Microsoft 365 suite including Sharepoint

Training will be provided.

You will be required to have drivers license and own transport.
