Retail Manager - Sammi's - Queen of Lebanese

Sammi's Gateway Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead our Sammi's - Queen of Lebanese store at Gateway Sydney, Circular Quay.

Sammi's is an exciting Lebanese QSR food brand on a growth trajectory, backed by experienced hospitality operators with many stores and several brands under their belt. The brand is inspired by second-generation Lebanese Australians growing up in 1980s suburbia - red brick houses, big family tables, hip hop and excellent food.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand and help build a strong store, team and customer experience.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and commercial performance of the store, including:

- Leading, training and rostering the team
- Managing sales, labour costs, stock and store performance
- Maintaining strong customer service and brand standards




- Overseeing ordering, stock control and regular stocktakes
- Monitoring sales trends, customer feedback and product performance
- Supporting promotions, new product launches and local store growth
- Ensuring food safety, workplace safety and operating procedures are followed

About You

You will ideally have:

- Relevant qualifications in retail, business, hospitality or a related field; and/or 1 to 3 years' relevant management experience
- Experience in retail, quick-service food, fast food or a similar high-volume environment
- Strong leadership, customer service and commercial skills
- Experience managing rosters, labour, stock and sales targets

Full-time - 38 hours per week
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + superannuation
