Windermere is seeking a skilled Victim Support Worker – Family Violence Practitioner to join the Victims Assistance Program in Melbourne. You will undertake risk assessment, develop tailored care plans and provide trauma-informed, victim-centred support to people impacted by violent crime and family violence.

The role is full time (38 hours per week) on a fixed-term contract to 30 June 2028, site-based with hybrid options.
